2008 Camp Schedule

HIGH SCHOOL soccer players

August 4th - August 8th... 8:30 am prompt - 12 noon

8:30-9:00am - warm-up and light footwork (TRANSCEND)
9:00-10:00am - technical/tactical/functional soccer work with (TOTAL SOCCER)
10:00-11:00am - small-sided games and competitions (TOTAL SOCCER)
11:00-12:00pm - Fitness (TRANSCEND)
